Family Rebate

Families who have four or more children participating in Lakota Sports Organization’s sport programs are eligible for a family rebate. LSO will reimburse the lowest player fee for the fourth child or more.

Only families with four or more children in LSO are eligible for this rebate. To be eligible for this rebate any child cannot play more than one sport per season.

Requests for a rebate can be completed online at www.lakotasports.org under ‘Registration and Forms’ or in writing and sent to:

Requests must be received by the end of the particular sport.
